It is now a legal requirement to provide the details of every member of your group for the NHS Track and Trace programme in order to enter a pub, bar or restaurant.

We will securely retain your details for a period of 21 days, after which your details will be permanently deleted from our records. Your information will not be used for any purposes other than the NHS Track and Trace programme. We will not use your information for marketing or to contact you about anything else.

If an outbreak of Coronavirus is identified within these premises your details will be provided to the NHS for tracking and tracing purposes.
